HTite ®

It is a technological process that includes both the wear-resistant alloy and the application method.

The coating material contains a high percentage of chromium and tungsten carbides.

The alloy is deposited on the components at high temperature in a controlled atmosphere, which ensures that the coating adheres perfectly to the substrate.

HTite® is a top quality wear-resistant coating based on a material that is not contaminated or diluted by the substrate in any way. It adheres perfectly to the metal of the treated component. It can be applied to complex shapes and in positions that are hard to reach with other coating techniques.

 

It can have thicknesses from 0.4 to 2.5mm*; higher in areas of maximum wear and lower in areas that are less susceptible.

HTite ®SprayCoat

The HTite ®SprayCoat process uses powders containing tungsten carbide to coat surfaces such as the cutting edges of blades and knives, etc.

HT Srl systems are controlled by anthropomorphic robots, which guarantee process repeatability and high deposition quality.

Subsequent remelting in controlled atmosphere furnaces ensures that the coating material adheres perfectly to the metal substrate.

 

All processing steps are carried out in the HT Srl Coating department.

HTite ®FuseCoat

The HTite ®FuseCoat process uses powders containing tungsten carbide to coat surfaces such as the cutting edges of blades and knives, etc.

HT Srl HTite ®Fuse systems are controlled by anthropomorphic robots, which guarantee process repeatability and high deposition quality.

 

The alloy is melted while depositing the powder in a single-step “hot” process.

HTite ®MigCoat

The HTite ®FuseCoat process uses powders containing tungsten carbide to coat surfaces such as the cutting edges of blades and knives, etc.

HT Srl HTite ®Fuse systems are controlled by anthropomorphic robots, which guarantee process repeatability and high deposition quality.

 

The alloy is melted while depositing the powder in a single-step “hot” process.

HTite ®PTACoat

HTite ®PTACoat coating is applied on a robotic station to control all stages of the welding process. The welding process involves a plasma arc, which melts the powder onto the surface to be coated. Accurate penetration control ensures high quality and deposition density of the materials used.

 

HT Srl applies coatings using stellite, tungsten carbide, stainless steel, tool steel and superfast steel powders.

HTite ®Braze

The HTite ®Braze process deposits alloys with a high tungsten carbide content with coating thicknesses of up to 10 mm. The brazing process ensures no dilution on the metal substrate and perfect adhesion.

 

HTite ®Braze is particularly suitable for coating small.medium runs of complex shapes that do not require surface finishes.

HTite ®Laserclad

We have an innovative and powerful laser coating cell. The system is optimised for processing large runs of components.

The HTite ®Laserclad coating process ensures high adhesion to the substrate, with low porosity, minimal deformation due to controlled energy transfer, and very high process repeatability.

 

Combined with the thirty-year know-how of HT engineers, this technology is used to apply proprietary powders that optimise component performance while ensuring a competitive price.

Heat Treatments

HT performs heat treatments in-house using induction quenching and mass quenching systems in a controlled atmosphere.
