The first creation, called Robot C20, was designed to serve the automated loading and unloading of pieces from the work center.
The robot picks up the pieces positioned on a loader, placing them inside the work center. At the end of the cycle, it repositions them on the loader, in another station.
The robot is equipped with a Machine-to-Machine connection with the CNC.
The second creation, called RoboFeed Custom, is a robotic island designed to automate the process of stacking the pieces taken from the box after the shot blasting phase and to be able, if necessary, to mark them using a laser source.
Also in this case the objective was to reduce the workload of the operators who currently carry out the phase manually, while at the same time reducing the total stacking and marking times.
Both machines meet Industry 4.0 requirements and are connected to the company management system, which allows the progress of orders and related working times to be available in real time.
